Mid-year state of cyber security report: EMEA and NAM

As the threat landscape develops, region-specific trends are revealed. Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the North American market (NAM) see a large range of targeted threats including key employee and role targeting, malicious code commits and third-party data breaches.

An estimated 53.35 million US citizens were affected by cyber crime in the first six months of 2022 alone and the largest ever DDoS attack was launched from Europe in July of the same year.

Cyber Security Hub has conducted a survey of more than 200 cyber security professionals from across the EMEA and NAM markets to gain key insights into the current trends, challenges and investment opportunities in the world of cyber security.

In this report, Cyber Security Hub, along with Yubico, analyzes the data collected and provides insights from senior cybersecurity practitioners at KPMG, Aston Martin and Cyber Security Hub’s Advisory Board.
