Version 1.1 of the Eurorack module’s firmware adds random patch generation and more.

A new firmware update for the excellent Winter Plankton Zaps drum adds a host of new features. A collab between Winter Modular and Plankton Electronics, the Zaps module is a superbly capable drum/percussion module. The big news in this update is the addition of ‘Randomize’ templates for kicks, snares and other percussion sounds, making it quick and easy to generate new sounds. Elsewhere, there’s a new screensaver function, simultaneous CV in for both oscillators, and a configurable trigger delay. You can find out more in the video above.
