Red Snapper to tour UK in support of live album | Juno Daily

Red Snapper, veteran producers of jazz influenced by hip-hop, dub and electronica, will tour England in support of a new live album this Autmun.

Live At The Moth Club will be released on vinyl on October 20 through Lo Recordings, coming on the back of their recent studio album Everybody is Somebody .

The band – Ali Friend (double bass, vocals and gato drum), Rich Thair (drums), Tom Challenger (sax, clarinet and keyboards), Tara Cunningham (guitar and vocals), Natty Wylah (vocals) – will play seven dates across England, starting at The Jam Jar in Bristol on November 2 and winding up with a London show at Rich Mix in Shoreditch on November 18.

They’ve also shared a taster from the nine track LP, a version of ‘Suckerpunch’, which originally appeared on their 1998 Warp album Making Bones.
